STREAM consortium meeting in Finland
In the scope of the STREAM project, the 3rd general meeting was held in person between the 20th and 21st of September in Espoo, Finland. The main aim of the European project is to create an innovative and robust flexibility ecosystem on the low voltage (LV) grid side of existing power markets.
The meeting event was hosted by Finnish partners, VTT and Voimatel. The primary objective of this gathering was to bring together partners from European Union countries to assess the progress achieved within the STREAM project, review ongoing activities, and present plans.
Beyond presentations concerning the ongoing work packages, two workshops dedicated to the project’s four pilot sites in Italy, Spain, Slovenia, and Finland were organized. IRI UL led a workshop under the work package User-centric services design. Each pilot site was tasked with identifying at least two stakeholder-engaging activities to be executed in the following months.
The meeting concluded with a virtual tour of the VTT FutureHub, a modern office block. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to explore the beautiful City of Helsinki.
The reunion of all partners was a welcome occasion to reconnect and set goals for the upcoming General Meeting in Zagreb, Croatia.
