TRUEHOME

The TRUE-HOME project develops new approaches to providing high-quality, affordable and sustainable housing, taking a comprehensive view of housing affordability that considers both the total cost and quality of living. Solutions are being developed and tested at three pilot sites in Spain, Belgium and Slovenia. IRI UL plays an important research and methodological role, particularly in engaging residents and other stakeholders and in monitoring pilot activities. The project contributes to housing solutions that are affordable, sustainable and tailored to people’s actual needs.

Invisible Buildings supports European cities in identifying and activating vacant buildings for sustainable renovation and affordable housing. The project develops methodologies, data tools, and policy recommendations to unlock the potential of underused building stock.
